In compliance with the recent guidelines from the Excise Department of Kanakapura Taluk, the following liquor policy applies at Kaadgal Resort:
1. No Liquor Sales on Premises: Kaadgal Resort does not sell liquor within its premises.
2. Carry Your Own Liquor: Guests are permitted to carry their own liquor, provided it is purchased within the Kanakapura Taluk jurisdiction.
3. Mandatory Purchase Bill: Guests must produce a valid liquor purchase bill at the reception for verification.
4. No Bill, No Entry: Liquor without a proper purchase bill will not be allowed into the resort under any circumstances.
5. Military Canteen Liquor Prohibited: Liquor purchased from military canteens is strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
6. Special Rule for Military Liquor: If carrying military liquor, the individual who purchased it must be present in the group. Otherwise, the liquor will not be permitted inside the resort.
7. Excise Raid Compliance: If liquor purchased outside the Kanakapura Taluk is found during an excise raid, strict action will be taken against the individual(s) as per the Excise Department’s policies of the Karnataka government.
